Meet our incredible team of appraisers
Michael Smith
Attended Fanshawe Collage between 2003 and 2005 for Police Foundations. Became a member with CNAREA in 2007 and passed my licensing exam to become a DAR in 2015. Opened MPS Appraisal Group in July 2016.
Mijun Kim
Attended York University for major in Math for Commerce, BA. A candidate member with the Canadian National Association of Real Estate working towards license with a residential real estate appraisal designation (DAR) Appraisers. Continues to work as a residential real estate appraiser since her appraisal career commenced in 2021.
Pam Bosman
Post Graduate degree in Corporate Communications and Publics Relations. Fully licensed with a residential real estate appraisal designation (DAR) with the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers. Experienced in Single Family, Recreational, Condominium, and Agricultural Properties. Member of CNAREA since 2019.
Daniel Dragosits
Graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. Fully licensed with a residential real estate appraisal designation (DAR) with the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers. Continues to work as a residential real estate fee appraiser since his appraisal career commenced in 2006.
Kristina Ritchie
Fully licensed with a residential real estate appraisal designation (DAR) with the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers. Kristina has extensive residential appraisal background. She has experience in valuation of residential, multi-family and agricultural properties. She continues to work as a residential real estate appraiser since her appraisal career commenced in 2016.
